I may reject a custom proposal for any reason

Any rejected designs / design elements may be recycled and resold

When buying a design, you are purchasing my labor and partial rights to the design. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but will not reuse/resell the design sold for personal and commercial projects.

I reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason (open beware, new account, ect.)

Don't chargeback, please approach me beforehand- if a chargeback occurs with an adoptable/design, I retain the right to reclaim the character and resell them
Commissioner / Design Owner

Designs are for personal use only, commercial use of a design received from myself is not allowed (unless you buy commercial rights from me)

Designs may only be resold for the amount they were originally bought (gifts or trades cannot be sold)

Vouchers are considered trade value, those selling trades for cash will be blacklisted

The exception to this rule is commissioned art- in which case the price of the art commissioned may be included if compliant with the artists ToS.

If re-posting my original art for the adoptable, only publicly upload the watermarked version and link back to one of my accounts

Do not trace, make edits or alterations to an image I have drawn.

You may edit your design, but please retain the original design/image. *You cannot treat your edited version and the original design as 2 separate designs, you can only use one or the other!

If re-selling or trading a design, don't impose additional rules onto the design; the only rules anyone is obligated to follow are my own

Due to issues that can arise, siblings/twin designs are not allowed to be made of my design

My designs cannot be turned into closed species! as in u cannot make them a special species for yourself, nor can you convert them into an existing closed species.
